Updates:
Summary: line-broken spanners start too far to the right, with \tempo and
\time
Comment #5 on issue 2260 by address@hidden: line-broken spanners start
too far to the right, with \tempo and \time
http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2260
Most spanners try to start to the right of all "prefatory matter" but the
fix for
issue 684 includes MetronomeMarks with the time signature (if there is one)
in the prefatory mater.
{ \ottava #-1 e'1\>\( \time 4/4 \break |
\tempo "Andante con poco mosso" d'1 |
c'\p | b\) }
Issue 492 now affects \tempo, in addition to \mark
Best workaround is probably the markLine context found in the -user mailing
list
