Not likely.  Patchy has refused even starting on issue 1110.  It is now  
happily engaged with 2263.  It is possible that this may be because the  
Rietveld issue changed in midflight and Patchy refused looking at the new  
issue.

Whatever the reason, it is now starting to work on this problem and patch,  
and it did not want to do so on 1110.
