Commit 18dda6b2f5fbea91a174b60eb22bbb73591b9b64 added basic support for  
Kievan notation (glyphs and contexts KievanVoice, KievanStaff).  These  
changes should be described in Notation Reference, perhaps as section  
2.10.4 Kievan square notation (written similarly to  
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/notation/typesetting-gregorian-chant#gregorian-chant-contexts,  
i guess?).
