No disrespect, Reinhold, but that is a different issue.  The "nonexisting  
listener" warning occurs with instantiated engravers, not with normal  
Scheme engravers.

This issue is only about a helper macro for creating the data structure  
used as an engraver description.  It is useful regardless whether you are  
using instantiated engravers or simple ones (as you can see by me having  
replaced _all_ uses of Scheme engravers I could find).  But it does not  
change anything with the processing.

If you have a problem with that, try to see whether the processing problems  
are already described in an existing issue (I think at least the warning  
is, but could be mistaken), and if not, report them separately instead of  
trying to shoehorn them onto this issue.

I tried to keep this issue as isolated and noninvasive as to make it  
seriously tempting for sideporting (what does one call "backporting" from  
2.15.31 to 2.16.0?).
