Hi, I'm seeing the same issue on OSX Lion (10.7.3) using Lilypond 2.15.30

as stated above, adding "</string>" to the end of the line:

<string>Build from Fri Feb 17 13:02:09 2012

in Lilypond.app/Content/Info.plist
fixes it and the icon for the app is restored and the program seems to run  
fine.
