I don't understand that. You can see 4 beats before the \cadenzaOff,
while the manual bar doesn't change anything, doesn't the fact that

\cadenzaOff comes before the *next* measure mean that he previous
measure has been completed for the \cadenzaOn and so it would follow
that the f-natural should be 'as if' it were following 'regular'
(non-Cadenza) timing/accidentals etc?
