Marking this as fixed. Windows build 2.15.32 downloaded and installed, with no Lily shortcuts in the All Programs list prior to the install. All shortcuts now work. Needs a windows user to verify, with the same method. Optional uninstall first, then install 2.15.32 and verify all shortcuts work.
