http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2365Well that is beyond my ken, so I have manually created an entry in issue 2391 for now. It doesn't change that often and if it is OK, I can put a node in the paper.scm file itself to remember to add any new entries there (clunky but better than no documentation).
