I wasn't really looking for it, but I extracted all …_engraver(s) from the
pdf or html doc and added them to my editors' hiliter and keywords so I
could choose it (of course I had no idea which was the good one and as it
happens I took the wrong one).
now the next question is:
why is the Time_signature_engraver not called Time_engraver - or what rules
are used in constructing names?
I'm not sure about making this an issue…
