You're right, local build is fine, and lilypond-texi2html.init in the git  
master is fine. Then the problem must be elsewhere. Looking at  
make/website.make, texi2html-init is either grabbed from the lilypond  
source or from a trusted directory, depending on the value of  
WEBSITE_ONLY_BUILD. I suspect that whoever is building the webpages for  
lilypond.org needs to update his copy of lilypond-texi2html.init in his  
trusted dir $(HOME)/lilypond/trusted-scripts.
