Regression test showing default behavior, and whitespace error removed, at

The regression test 'dot-column-vertical-positioning', from issue 2180,  
shows a strange difference becausem if the rest and beamed notes have their  
dots in a common DotColumn, then the DotColumn configuration is done before  
line-breaking.  The fix to issue 2180 made this configuration use a 'pure'  
estimate of the rest position, rather than the final rest position  
determined after the beam is set, which is after line-breaking.  Setting  
dots independently for each voice avoided issue 2180.
