http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=2418Well, I have to add that creating a build dir _within_ the source dir seems like a rather stupid thing to do. It rather defeats the idea of having a separate build directory in order not to touch the source directory.
Nevertheless, it would seem that this patch is rather straightforward and avoids copying stuff that sits within the build directory. Of course, if you choose to place your source directory as a subdirectory of the build directory, this will not copy anything and things will break.
How much stupidity is worth supporting?
