Add for-some-music and fold-some-music

Some utility functions.  After a posting on the user list, I had a
last-minute change of heart on the polarity of the stop? argument of
for-some-music.  Recursing on #f is more consistent with other
functions and turns out to be more useful when writing conditions with
"and".
