I'm not sure if I understand correctly:

when entering /cmd /S /C /in the the windows "run" window it opens the
command shell and exits immediately

so I opened the command-line window with /cmd /S/

and tried (sorry for the German text):

geschrieben oder
konnte nicht gefunden werden.
