lilypond 2.16 manual example shows 2.14.2

1) The example there says \version "2.14.2".
I don't doubt that it works in 2.14.2 (I certainly hope so :).  But it
presumably also works in many earlier versions.  So it would seem more
logical either to have the first version in which it works, or the
version being described, 2.16, instead of the
presumably-just-arbitrarily-one-version-back 2.14.2.

2) The output in Step 2 starts with "GNU LilyPond 2.14.2".  Ok, granted
you have the weasel words "something resembling" so it's technically
correct, but ... this is the manual for 2.16.  It would seem better for
the examples to be using/showing 2.16.
