I think your question would be better posted on the user-list, unless
you want to report a bug.
But please add a compilable short example!
On the bug-list a _tiny_ example is required, as specified here:
lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/web/tiny-examples
In all cases: the very first step to solve a problem is to reproduce it!
