Thank you for implementing this "Measure_counter_engraver".
French-speaking people were asking for this feature, and now that it
exists, it would be nice to mention it in the doc so they are aware it
exists and have an idea how to use it.

Should the bug squad members add an issue to keep track until it is
documented?
