I'm trying to compile a large file with lilypond 2.16.2 (about 1200 bars) but I keep getting an error: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information." I also got a st9bad_alloc error with 2.17.2 and 2.16.0
