What does this file refer to and from what is it generated?

I am working on making the auxiliary script doc-section.sh independent 
from an existent LilyPond build. I could remove most dependencies so 
far, but this one isn't possible.

The script wants to copy this file to the output directory for the 
temporary docs - which obviously fails because I don't have a build (and 
someone who just wants to compile a doc section shouldn't be required to 
build LilyPond first ;-)

Strangely enough that file is first copied to one target directory and 
then to another one, seemingly without being used (except it is needed 
implicitely in the run of lilypond-book or texi2html.

Except for the error message about the missing file the script runs 
fine. But I don't know if there is something missing in the final output.
