I did not find this particular issue being tracked.  I looked through those you 
listed, the 42 that came up in a search for "website," and the 10 that came up 
for "label:website".  

I looked into the texi-to-html generation business a little, and it seems like 
it might just be a matter of adding @version{} in the right place in the right 
file.  Just where that would be didn't jump out at me, and maybe it's more 
complicated than that.
