Lilypond crashes out when I use the "%e" format in a header
(I'm allergic to
leading zeroes). This is under Windows 7 Home Premium. Postings on the
Lilypond mailing list indicate that
this is specific to Windows - and it
works OK on Linux. I'm not in a position to test this.
