Broken x-refs in translated docs

Most of the cross-references between manuals are broken in the 
translated documentation, split version.


I'm not able to work on this, but here is what I've diagnosed:

For instance, in LM 2.1.2 Accidentals and key signatures in French

from 
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/learning/accidentals-and-key-signatures.fr.html

"Pour en savoir plus sur les
autres langues disponibles, consultez
<a name="index-Nom-des-notes-dans-d_0027autres-langues"></a>
<a href="../notation/note-names-in-other-languages.fr.html">Nom des 
notes dans d'autres langues</a>."


which spits a 404-not found

but, in English:
"To use other names for
<var>accidentals</var>, see <a 
name="index-Note-names-in-other-languages"></a>
<a 
href="../notation/writing-pitches.html#note-names-in-other-languages">Note 
names in other languages</a>.

It is the same for every language except English.

When I consider notation.fr.xref-map I read
Nom des notes dans d'autres langues \t Note-names-in-other-languages \t 
Note-names-in-other-languages

and in Spanish (notation.es.xref-map)
Nombres de las notas en otros idiomas \t Note-names-in-other-languages 
\t Note-names-in-other-languages

to be compared with notation.xref-map which states
Note names in other languages \t Writing-pitches \t 
Note-names-in-other-languages


It should instead state
Nom des notes dans d'autres langues \t Writing-pitches \t 
Note-names-in-other-languages
in order to generate
../notation/writing-pitches.fr.html#note-names-in-other-languages
and
Nombres de las notas en otros idiomas \t Writing-pitches \t 
Note-names-in-other-languages
for
../notation/writing-pitches.es.html#note-names-in-other-languages

Hoping it can be solved before 2.18,
