AFAIK, this list is meant to be a filter for normal users, who shouldn't
create issues directly (for a number of reasons).
But you are a power user and a contributor, so if you feel confident that
something should be added to the tracker, I think that you can go ahead.
Don't write here, because there's no point in writing "I've already created
the issue" :-)
Developers receive an email for every tracker added, so you should get
their attention.
