Just an update and fix for the above problem: I was wrong about changing the
font to Century Schoolbook, I realise now this is a different font entirely
and looks completely different. Oops!
Anyway I downloaded a ttf version of the font from here:
http://ufonts.com/download/century-schoolbook-l-italic/111959.html installed
that, overwriting the previously installed otf version, and Illustrator can
now find the font with no issues. May still be worth someone checking the
version distributed with LP to make sure the font's tags or whatever they're
called are set correctly.
