Sorry for the long annex, but it’s difficult for me to isolate the bug. Suspect
it is in the type of fractions used with the feature “times”.
In order for us to help you, Mario, we need something we call a "Tiny
Example". On the website, at
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/web/tiny-examples we show
what helps us most.
For your problem, you should begin by doing the following:
First, make a copy of your score and put it in a safe place!
Next, if you think you might know what causes the problem, try a
small change to just that area, rerun lilypond and see what changed.
If that doesn't give the answer, begin removing sections of your
score, one by one, until the problem stops.
When you find the section which causes the problem, try making a
score with just that section.
If that shows the problem reliably, then start taking out parts,
by shortening the music to a few bars, until the problem goes away.
Finally, you will have reduced your score to just the things needed
to show your problem.
The last step will be to go to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.17/Documentation/web/bug-reports and follow
the steps there.
In looking over your files, I see you are making a lot of changes to
spacing, particularly system-system values, and perhaps this is the
cause of your problems starting around measure 89. Because there has
been a lot of work done in the spacing mechanisms of LilyPond since
version 2.16, and the latest development version 2.17.96 is very close
to the next stable release, it would probably be a good idea for you to
upgrade your LilyPond to 2.17.95, and to read the sections in the
documentation which deal with spacing, quite carefully.
As a final thought, and a friendly nod to the people who develop and
support Frescobaldi: the latest version has the ability to show the
various spacing values in a preview mode, among other, quite wonderful
ways of inspecting your work. Frescobaldi has been my favourite LilyPond
editor for years, and it just gets better and better at helping me find
my problems.
Cheers,
Colin
