There is no a bug in what you reported so far, because standard
practice is to put simultaneous notes in a compact column, and
all accidentals to the left of that column [Ross, Art of Music
Engraving, Ch4 p134).
You moved a note to the right for a special case. Maybe in that
case you need to break the rules and also tell LilyPond to move
an accidental between simultaneous notes (which would be a second
override). But I don't think that is understandable music notation.
