karol reports in
http://lilypond.1069038.n5.nabble.com/still-no-ultimate-way-to-create-three-staff-piano-layout-td153648.html
how all attempts to control the distance between two staff groups fail when
\removeEmptyStaves is involved.
I also observed that the staffgroup-staff-spacing of an upper level is
overridden by the setting in a lower level where there is no staff following
(in the same context).
is this correct/intended?
are there workarounds?
should I open two issues for this?
