LSR update to v.2.18.0 - Few questions. (Cci to Sebastiano)

Hi Bug Squad,
Hi Sebastiano,

I'd like to upgrade the LSR to v.2.18.0 and I just took a brief look at
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/contributor/updating-the-lsr-to-a-new-version
to see if anything has changed.

Now I have few questions :

1) Harm told me about a LSR bug few months ago ; would it be a good idea to
add :
\markup \vspace #2 %% LSR-problem-workaround
on top of each snippet ?

2) Regading the updating and the tarball I'm supposed to sent back to
Sebastiano :
should it be the "/all" directory files only or am I suppose to update also
the other subdirectories
(see enclosed screen shot) ?

3) There are some pretty small output pictures, sometimes hardly seeable
(ex : http://lsr.dsi.unimi.it/LSR/Item?id=307).
Is there a way - a piece of code - I can add to avoid those "teeny" outputs
?
