In ../ly/performer-init.ly (file version 2.17.14, distributed with
LilyPond version 2.18.0), at line 186 (in the NullVoice block), there is a
typo.
The file reads:
\type "Performer_Group"
But this should be:
\type "Performer_group"
The erroneous capital G leads to a fatal error in .ly files that include
both a NullVoice and a \midi block.
