Which makes pretty obvious that the slurs are at fault here. Since
their stencil is set to ##f explicitly rather than making them
transparent, this seems like a bug.
Workaround: add
\override Slur.vertical-skylines = #'()
to your Voice-level overrides. Fishy, to say the least.
