Well, I think we can easily agree that either the cancellation signs or
the new signature are positioned wrongly. Since quoted music is usually
written according to the principal rather than some quote-specific key
signature, I'd lean towards considering the cancellation signs wrong
here.
In short: it's not a feature, it's a bug.
