The german documentation is not maintained, you can find the new link in
the english documentation (by clicking in the English link in the footer),
that is:
http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/expressive-marks-attached-to-notes.html#dynamics

After several reports about errors in german documentation and nobody
willing to help to maintain it, I'd lean towards a grumpy reply and say
"read the english and forget the german documentation!".

But we have this problem:

I suggest that you use a browser with english as default to read the
lilypond documentation.
Or, better, download it in your computer. If you use linux you should have
a lilypond-doc package.
