I agree.  I wanted to put work in it myself at one point of time, but my
lack of being able to sort priorities out hits rather badly here.  The
most important priority would be to get the documentation up-to-date.
But since I'm bothered by its current writing style (in German, the
degree of informality in "proper" documentation tends to be quite lower
than in American English), I end up rewriting everything, and I don't
actually have the time and energy for that.

There is a special list for translators (also mentioned in the CG).  For
technical questions particular to the translation process, it might make
more sense communicating there.
