Actually there are masses of duplicate node names across two manuals.
For example, compare LM 1 with NR 1 & 2.  You'll find the
following are node names in both:

    Pitches
    Accidentals
    Clef
    Clefs
    Tuplets
    Ties
    Rests
    Time Signature
    Bar lines
    Grace notes
    ...
with lots more elsewhere.

Do all these cause problems for the translations?  I really do not want
to try to invent discrete names for all these nodes, especially if the real
problem for the translations lies elsewhere.  So for the time being I shall
withdraw my "will do".
