Since it is "mostly" moving around things, what might be done is updating the different ll/web.texi files without changing their committish ID.
I think that we'll have, one day or the other, to discuss about dealing with unmaintained materials : The web-site is like a shop window and the more cleaned the glass is, the better. But what is on the shelves should not smell too musty…
