Half-note head filled in when using shaped notes

The re's note head should not be filled in. Currently, it looks exactly like
a quarter note.

To get this bug with version 2.18.2 you have to be using the MinGW version
on Windows.

On Linux, I think (I have not personally tried, someone else did it for me)
you have to use 2.19 to get the buggy behavior.


No other notes have this issue, only re's.
Also, moving the re an octave up OR down causes it to leave the note head
empty as it should.
