lilypond-book in Windows 7

Hello guys,

My CMD told me to send errors to this www.

I tried following:
First: Using python 3. It told me cannot start command
Using python 2 via command py after installing, it told me:

Der Befehl "lilypond" ist entweder falsch geschrieben oder
konnte nicht gefunden werden.

I created in C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0
the Batch "lilypond.bat" with "D:\Program Files
(x86)\LilyPond\usr\bin\lilypond.exe"

After that, it told me:

I used the command 
F:\Users\gabriel\_Dateien\Studium\Gothia\LiederTex\lilypond>py "D:\Program
Files (x86)\LilyPond\usr\bin\lilypond-book.py" --output=out/ --pdf Lilytest.tex

Now I dont have any further ideas. Maybe I used the wrong command.
