Well, there's your mistake. Remove the batch file again (it does not
pass its command arguments on to the lilypond executable, and
consequently the lilypond executable has no clue just _what_ to compile)
and follow the instructions on
<URL:http://www.lilypond.org/windows.html>, "Running on the
command-line".
