lyric spacing after em dash

Lilypond seems to want to keep a minimum amount of space between all lyric 
words.  It would be nice if it understood without being told that space can be 
reduced after an em dash.  I’m getting "message— now” where “message—now” would 
look better.

(No need to offer tweaks; I’m not dedicated enough in this case to spend the 
time on them. I just want to offer the suggestion.)
