just to close the item. The last answer helps to solve my orignal problem
generating a two sided book with a title page. It seems not possible to have
page one on the right sight with indent on the left.

This hint helped. i just created two books within one ly file.
One for the title page and the second for the other pages. Then I can use
building the table-of-contents from inside lilypond and don't have the
necessity to use plain LaTeX.
