The change in behaviour results from
https://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/660/

Setting StaffSymbol.break-align-symbols to get the Staff back at
line-end lacks Documentation, afaik.

But anyway, I don't think the issue is solved sufficiently, because
there's _no_ padding between the KeySignature and Staff-end. Look at
the attached image.
