MultiMeasureRest duplicte IDs

Hi all,

if you assign an id to a MultiMeasureRest it results in an invalid SVG, 
because both the rest symbol AND the number are containered in equal g 
containers (with duplicate ids).
Best would be to have both in one single container. Alternatively just 
assign the id to the rest symbol.
