Download links are not protected by HTTPS

hi list,

i'm contacting to express my concern that the download links at 
http://lilypond.org/download.html and 
http://lilypond.org/development.html are not protected by HTTPS. since 
we're downloading executables here it would bring me a lot of peace of 
mind if they were encrypted to help mitigate tampering by untrusted 
networks. what do you think?

i guess i should be contacting linuxaudio.org about it since they're the 
ones hosting the links, but i figured there wasn't any harm in letting 
you all know.
