A remark:
Ther are still no _attachments_.
You do all inline, with the consequence making it impossible for me to
simply download the musicxml-file.
In the end I used wget.

I can confirm the problem for 2.18.2, but looks fixed for 2.19.82 and
2.21.0 from master.
Thus no further action needed here.

I'd recommend to upgrade to recent devel-version, 2.19.83, it's a
prerelease for the upcoming new stable, 2.20.0, anyway.
