Hi John,

please only post to the bug-list, if you are sure you noticed a bug.
Even if you're sure about the bug, it may be none, people here can
sort it out ...

Never ask for usage-problems here, but on the user-list.
If you ask there please reduce your score to a minimal working example
exposing the problem.
Please double check its a _minimal_ _working_ example.

The three files you posted are far from minimal, so much code,
unrelated settings, unrelated comments etc etc
I can't imagine how you are not completely confused by your own code.
P.e. you have settings for the paper-size at toplevel, as well as in
\paper of an included file
And it even not compiles, your \include "..." is spelled wrongly.

Additionally, with a minimal working example (MWE) you probably would
have seen the problem yourself.
Such a MWE could be:

\version "2.19.82"
#(set-default-paper-size "a4" 'landscape)
{ R1 }

Then you could have looked into the NR's index:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/lilypond-index
looking for landscape leads to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/paper-size-and-automatic-scaling#index-paper-size_002c-landscape
Which demonstrates all about 'landscape.

I don't understand the ragged-right problem, probably because I'm not
a native speaker.
If it persists after solving the 'landscape thingy reask on user-list.
