I am the current maintainer of the OOoLilyPond extension, and I can confirm 
that it is actively developed again.
All downloads and a verbose documentation can be found here:
https://github.com/OOoLilyPond

I would really be happy if the information on

could be updated to reflect the actual state of the extension.
