You could offer Marnen to financially sponsor his unofficial porting work so that he does not end up shortchanged for providing the Apple installers created on his Apple hardware. I don't believe in unofficial builds. They get abandoned sooner or later. If there would be a crowdfunding by the official LilyPond project, I would donate for sure.
