This is a 2.19 set of pages. I am not sure we're going to care about
that.
The current unstable is 2.23. If change that URL above to v2.23 then
the link works.
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay/literature-list
the link to "Klaus Ignatzek (Literature List)" does not work: Not
Found. The link to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page/literature-list
is not not working.
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page.html
and
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page.html#literature-list
Works fine.
Funny enough, the page
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page/literature-list
is in German but does not show German or Español as selectable
languages.
Where are you jumping from to this? Are you just putting random
strings at the end of the URLs in your browser? I cannot get to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page/literature-list
Uh, is there a reason for the rudeness??
That is in your imagination. Terse perhaps. Rude no.
I'm exhausted by people imaging they are being slighted in emails,
please tell me how you'd like me to preface emails I send to you in the
future and I'll make sure I do that.
I asked a simple question
> Where are you jumping from to this?
This was so I can see if I can see the same problem as you.
You didn't state anything useful I could work with just a 'random' URL
that may or may not be expected to work.
However it seems asking this simple question helped because you then said:
I do see the problem, in the German and Spanish pages as the report
says, even in 2.23. On the page
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/notation/displaying-chords.de.html#customizing-chord-names
in the second paragraph under the title "Akkordbezeichnungen anpassen",
the link the parentheses, "(siehe Literatur)", is
lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/essay-big-page/literature-list
which yields a 404.
Which is all I wanted to know.

Jean
