Missing links in German documentation

Hi,

the German versions of the pages

https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.20/Documentation/notation/inside-the-staff
https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.20/Documentation/notation/outside-the-staff

have some broken links. The "Siehe auch" sections point to
https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.20/Documentation/snippets/anmerkungen.

Either the link to the English version
https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.20/Documentation/snippets/editorial-annotations
would be helpful, or a German version of the annotation (if existing)
would close the missing link.

While browsing through other pages I find the same pattern of missing
links too:
