Ouch. The MIDI _instrument_ number for channel 10 sets the drum _kit_
(and since LilyPond does not differentiate between different drum kits,
the instrument number likely has to be assumed to be the default drum
kit). Any mapping to drum _types_ is done by the MIDI _note_ numbers.
